Giant's Embrace

Inspired by and a celebration of Sunday morning snuggles, I present my entry for the 11th Iron Hideout competition. For a while I've been playing around with an idea that uses the colossus stuff in a neat way and with this, I think I did fairly well. 

What I've got for you is a lush temple garden-type hideout. From the waypoint you're led down a small (yet colorful) path into the statue garden area of the hideout. Before proceeding to your left, bear right to find a small relaxation area surrounded by a natural(ly looking) fountain and a flower bed. Head back past the doorway that leads....elsewhere... and up the stairs to find the family of giants soundly asleep, with pops resting his hand on his daughter. who in turn is snuggled up to mom. It's this part of the hideout that lends it its name. Proceed up the stairs once more through a small corridor that leads to the map device area, tucked away underneath a colorfully lit floral-type structure. 

I had a fun time building this hideout and personally, I'm very happy with the result. The overall style I've used before - I really like the lush vegetation meets rainbow colors. The base of this hideout, Overgrown, does really neat things with water where it turns really dark, so I made sure to incorporate that.
